Social Workers and Mental Health Clinicians – Multiple Openings / Starting Bonus Eligible

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker - Adult Medicine (LICSW) 

• Current unrestricted license as a LICSW in WA or ability to obtain licensure
• Candidate must reside in either WA or OR to be eligible for remote work
• Dual licensure in both WA and OR may be required
• Minimum of one year post MSW licensure experience in treating common mental health disorders and substance abuse disorders
• Ability to engage patients in a therapeutic relationship
• Emphasis on providing individual therapy while offering care coordination, care planning and referral to community resources as needed
• Knowledge of chronic and acute disease and how it impacts functioning preferred
• EMDR experience highly preferred
• Flexibility with both in office and remote work
• Interest in geriatrics and treating anxiety & depression
• CME allowance

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) - Collaborative Care in Mental Health

• Current unrestricted license as a LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in WA or ability to obtain licensure
• Candidate must reside in either WA or OR to be eligible for remote work
• Minimum of one year experience in treating common mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression and substance abuse disorders
• Ability to engage patients in a short-term (3-6 months) therapeutic relationships
• Provide assessments, coordination, care planning, information and referral to community resources
• Provide evidence-based treatment for common mental health conditions
• Works in close partnership with primary care providers and the psychiatry team
• Referrals from Vancouver Clinic’s primary care providers
• An average 25-30 patients seen in a week
• Flexibility with both in office and remote work
• CME allowance

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) - Long-Term Therapy in Mental Health

• Current unrestricted license as a LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in WA or ability to obtain licensure
• Candidate must reside in either WA or OR to be eligible for remote work
• Minimum of two years of experience in treating common mental health and substance abuse disorders
• Ability to engage patients in a therapeutic relationship
• Provide evidence-based psychosocial treatment and brief behavioral interventions
• Knowledge of chronic and acute disease and how it impacts functioning preferred
• Therapists see an average of 24-28 patients a week
• Referrals from internal psychiatrists
• Flexibility with both in office and remote work
• CME allowance

Pediatric Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT)

• Current unrestricted license as a LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in WA or ability to obtain licensure
• Candidate must reside in either WA or OR to be eligible for remote work
• Minimum of two years of experience in treating common mental health disorders and substance abuse disorders
• Ability to engage patients in a therapeutic relationship
• Knowledge of chronic and acute disease and how it impacts functioning preferred
• Therapists see an average of 24-28 patients a week
